Elmo’s Fire Rocket Stove uses a highly efficient method of heating and cooking food.
The compact design ensures that only a small amount of wood or other fuel source is required, and that it will burn hot and efficiently due to the strong air flow drawn from the base of the stove.

Why use a rocket stove?
Fuel is burned in a vertical combustion chamber which ensures almost complete combustion prior to the flames reaching the cooking surface. Rocket stoves use on average 18 to 35 percent less fuel (eg: wood) compared to traditional stoves and 39-47 percent as compared to simple, traditional, open, three-stone fires. Rocket stoves are better at combusting the fuel, thus using less fuel and producing less smoke, carbon monoxide, and soot.
