What is your refund and returns policy?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee which means we will refund your money if you are, for any reason not satisfied with your order within a 14 day period. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of this offer.
Put us to the test! All we ask is that you send the product back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that it is in the same re-sellable condition. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product for a full refund!
In the unlikely event that your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable amount of time (due to theft or courier error, etc.), then please contact us and we will investigate further and either issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & returns will not be processed thereafter except where a warranty claim is made. Thanks for understanding!
Unless otherwise stated, all our stainless steel products carry a 5 year warranty and mild steel products carry a 12 month warranty. Please feel free to return any products that may be defective under the warranty period, and we will gladly refund or replace as necessary.
