To be eligible for a return or refund, all we ask is that you send the product back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that it is in the same re-sellable condition. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product for a full refund!

In the unlikely event that your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable amount of time (due to theft or courier error, etc.), then please contact us and we will investigate further and either issue a refund or resend your order.
