We strive to provide you with a pleasant shopping and delivery experience.
If you have any questions that are not on the FAQ page, please phone or Whatsapp for a quick response or email sales@eboysteel.co.za and we will reply to you within 24-48 hours. (Please note responses will only be attended to during regular business hours)
Delivery Time
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day. The courier is instructed to deliver within 2 – 3 working days. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number is issued.
Bulk or personalised orders take longer to process and the delivery time will be furnished on the quote or order confirmation.
How much is delivery?
The cost is specified on an invoice or at a checkout point, but free shipping may apply.
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
You may have entered your email incorrectly at checkout or via order form. Throughout the order process we send emails, including an order confirmation and shipping notice. Please email us and we will sort out any issues.
Payment methods
1.) Payment can be made via EFT directly into our banking account
2.) PAYFAST – secure payments processing service. Visa & MasterCard (credit & cheque cards), Instant EFT, Zapper and other payment options.
Transactions take place within a secure environment and we don’t have access to any of your card details. You can rest assured that your card details will by no means be available to, or accessible by us.
